Every single one of our most signature images is from a moment we never saw coming. By that I don't mean that we nearly missed the shot or didn't anticipate the action... what I mean is that not a single one of them is something we could have ever just taken off a Pinterest board and contrived into existence. We believe there is something that happens when a photographer says "pretend"... it scares all the magic off. You can feel it when you look at an image.
That's why our litmus test has always been this: When you look at your images 50 years from now, do you want to remember how it felt... or do you want to remember what the photographer was telling you to do?

Planning the Timeline
We always like to say that there is "wedding time" and there is REAL time... and the two are never the same! We've been doing this for a very long time... let us help you plan out enough time to actually get the photos that you want.
On the Actual Wedding Day
On the wedding day, we'll be there when you need us... and invisible when you don't, capturing every moment in a true photojournalism style. That means we'll be there to direct you for portraits so you never feel awkward and keep those family portraits moving, but then the rest of the day you can just be fully present and forget a camera is even there.
Shooting, Preview,
and Delivery
After the wedding, we'll send over a sneak peek of favorite images and then you'll receive the full edited gallery within four weeks of your event.

Yes, we're based in Connecticut, but we have traveled all over the world photographing destination weddings!
Q. What if I want additional hours?
We'll work with you to custom build your wedding day timeline, and can absolutely add more hours if you need them.
Q. How many weddings have you photographed?
We have been photographing together for over 20 years, and in that time have documented over 400 weddings! (And in the wise words of Owen Wilson... we ROCKED 'em ALL)
