Sophia So I was about to ask why you did not tell us what it meant but then I had a flashback. As a child when I wanted to know how to spell a word and know what it meant my mother would tell me to look it up! She would tell me to sound it out. It worked though. Michelle C. Have you tried Bolthouse yogurt based dressings? They are delicious! And because they are yogurt based, they are much lower in calories than your typical dressings, which make your salad that much more healthy. They come in tasty tasty flavors too; my favorite is probably the caesar because its full of flavor and low in calorie so you feel like you are cheating your diet, but you aren't.
