TracyWB That GITKIT sounds awesome. Will have to check it out. Concerning email, I recently made sure to unsubscribe from every non-essential list. I delete ruthlessly and anything I want to save gets moved to a folder. Action items that take longer than 5 minutes stay in the inbox. Alison Completely agree on the cup of coffee as a critcal step in this! My full time job requires management of my email and my bosses (because he hits overwhelm and refuses to look at it) I employ a lot of your same methods Mary- get rid of the quickies, junk & copies. Delegate anything that can/should be delegated, then start going through. I only allow items that need attention to remain in my inbox.
